Back to the RCBL Home Page Dustin Bowman is in his 3rd year as Treasurer of the Rockingham County Baseball League. Bowman has starred for the Clover Hill Bucks since helping them win the RCBL Championship Series as a teenager in 1997. Widely regarded as the best catcher in the RCBL, Dustin claimed both the Regular Season MVP award and the Championship Series MVP award in 2004. Bowman is a graduate of Turner Ashby High School and James Madison University and is employed by StellarOne Bank in Harrisonburg.
