Commissioner - Mark Siciliano

Mark Siciliano is in his 5th year as Commissioner of the Rockingham County Baseball League, and is a long time veteran of the RCBL, having played over 12 years for the Linville Patriots and Harrisonburg Chics. Mark lead his Linville Patriots to the RCBL Championship in 1986, and was Co-MVP of the league as well. Mark is a former James Madison University shortstop, having played through 1984, then earned a Masters Degree in 1986. While at JMU, Mark was a graduate assistant baseball coach under then Coach Brad Babcock. Mark has been a board member for the JMU Athletic Duke Club and a member of the JMU Athletic Council. Mark has always been involved with youth sports in Harrisonburg , and established Harrisonburg 's first sanctioned Little League program. He has coached AAU and American Legion programs, and is also a respected baseball instructor to young ballplayers in the Valley. Mark earned all conference honors while at James Madison, and earned All-State honors in basketball and baseball.
