Back to the RCBL Home Page Steve Lough is in his 3rd year as Secretary of the Rockingham County Baseball League. Lough resigned as the Clover Hill Bucks manager prior to the 2007 after leading the Bucks to 3 RCBL Championships and 2 Pennants from 2003-2006.  Lough also was named the RCBL’s Manager of the Year in 2003 and 2004.  Prior to managing in the RCBL, Lough was a perennial RCBL All-Star and was the MVP of the RCBL in 1974.
